I really enjoyed Apostle. There were some blatant wound care oversights and it got a little wacky towards the end, but overall it was really good. I could've gone for some Amish tits, even just a flash, especially with the pale lady, but that's just a personal preference on my part. Really good mix of old timey, religious nutjob horror and gore. Kind of humorous, intentional or not. Definitely recommended.

Watching my favorite movie The Birds i don't know how many times i've watched it but i love it.
This is my favorite scene in all of horror movies. Well done by a master of terror Alfred Hitchcock |

I saw Split this weekend. McAvoy was fantastic, but the ending was a joke.

My favorites I am always recommending
Evil Dead 2 (classic and hilarious) The vampire's Kiss (Nic Cage, Maria Conchita Alonso, Jennifer Beal) The River's Edge (Keanu Reeves, Crispin Glover, Dennis Hopper) (yeah, i only like stuff form the late 80's) |

Planning to see the 4k restoration of The Fog this weekend. I've never seen it. Trying to expand my horizons to include more of the supernatural stuff, like early Hellraiser, instead of just stalk and slash.
