Yep. That idiot also said that KC got their titles last, so they dont count the same as Denver's.

Yes, he said it. I think he meant that we were new to the three Super Bowl title club, so we were not as good as the other teams that have been there before us. But he's an idiot, so who the heck knows what he meant.

In terms of injuries, guys are much more likely to play through nagging injuries when they’re playing for a great franchise like the Chiefs. Since we’re constantly in the hunt for championships and therefore playing meaningful games that matter for things like playoff seeding etc, guys are willing to play through pain the entire season.
Contrast that with guys playing for moribund, sad sack loser franchises like the Donks. These guys know they’re not going to be playing meaningful games after mid-October, so they amplify any minor hamstring tweak, jammed pinky finger, or light blow to the head area in order to take time off and not risk some injury that might make them less appealing to other superior franchises in free agency. It’s just human nature. |

9News' Mike Klis reports the Broncos may have interest in bringing Jameis Winston in as a backup to Russell Wilson.
It doesn't look like Winston has much of a market as far as being a bridge starter just yet -- he's expected to be released if he declines a paycut, but is still technically with the Saints. It makes sense for Winston to target a high-upside backup spot. Winston has shown some success with Sean Payton in charge of things, and Wilson was disastrous enough last season that it's not hard to see the Broncos eventually having to bench him. This could be a good landing spot for Jameis. |

This is one of the first posts in this thread. In response to someone predicting a win over Denver. Denver’s streak was four at the time.
Wonder why he now predicts victory every year over a team on a 15 game streak. |
