Investment thread spinoff: How much damage to your investments and savings?

As I check my 401K, my trading account, my savings and my Amazon stock, I'm down a good $30-$35,000.

This has been painful on a lot of levels.

Investments, costs of gas, food, rents, lost gains.

On a scale of 1-10, what pain level are you experiencing right now?

I was about a 5 and I think I'm closing in on 6-7.

How about you?

Ive always been a value/high quality investor and long term. I have tried stock picking and I genuinely suck.

Over the past 3 years or so I saw opportunity in Ag : John Deere, Nutrien, Corteva and that has played well through this

Pharma if you look at pipelines and what the pipeline focus is.Good pharma mutuals spread risks

Financials

Vanguard Value EFT has been in my mix since 2014 Vanguard Growth since 2015

I genuinely appreciate the advisors I use and have been with since 2005...They are way smarter than me and are worth every penny in my fee.

In my Traditional IRA it is all SPY. In my ROTH I have a target date Vanguard fund.

I don't remember what all I selected for my wife's ROTH 403b, but it's pretty heavy SPY.

In my fiddle around WeBull account I have most of it in SPY QQQ DJI.

I have much more capital tied up in farmland, which hasn't fallen out of bed, so I'm guessing my total rate of return is still positive.

LMT, and it has been very good to me. I bought in around 2008 when it was about $80. It's now at $424 and pays great dividends too
