**** the Olympics. The IOC is one of the most corrupt organizations in history. Where does all of that money go? Whose hands are taking in all the bribes? Judging in the Olympics is unbelievably corrupt. Anyone that has ever seen or read about the 1972 Olympic basketball final cannot honestly continue to have faith in the objectivity of the Olympics. **** them. **** them hard.

It was awesome to see Gojira play the opening ceremony. Caught them with Mastodon at Sandstone last year. Heard they made them use a pre-recorded track though. Something about not wanting to risk technical malfunctions. Don't know if that is true or not.

Part of being an adult is realizing other people enjoy other things and it really doesn’t affect your life in any way. Just deal with it and move on. No snowflake whining needed. Frankly, I go to sporting events and get tired of seeing the millionth salute to service - some cook who served the logistics line at an air show in Nebraska - everyone stand and cheer. This shit makes some people feel good and I’m guessing there’s a group of people that feel good seeing drag queens perform. |

Gotta give it to this yank Taylor Knibb who has crashed 3 times in the road time trial and had to have her bike replaced (with her mechanic crashing into her en route to replacing the bike). An absolute nightmare race for her but she hasn't given up. Legs all battered and bloodied. A proper Muricuhn.
