Houston at it again

How many picks does Houston have left? BoB is doing something down there, but I can't really call it being a GM.

I have Fuller on tympani, Cooks on the bassoon, and Wishkins rocking the B-flat flugelhorn.

Who you got?

But... the Rams aren't far behind.

They traded for Peters, Fowler, and Cooks. All of them are gone. They gave big money to Gurley and Goff. Gurley got CUT (not even traded) and Goff was mediocre in the first year of his ridiculous extension. They traded out the ass and PAID for Jalen Ramsey, but they don't seem to realize that a shutdown corner does not a secondary make. They're always in need of draft picks and keep making deals that deny them what they need. Meanwhile, for all the players they trade for, they don't seem to care about keeping them around and building a decent nucleus of stars. They pay the wrong players, get rid of the productive ones, and keep kicking the can down the road. They don't have a first round pick in 2020 OR 2021, either.

Sean McVay is the boy wonder head coach, right? Well, does he know how to pick up the phone, call his GM, and ask him WTF he's doing? Who knows... maybe he's a part of this ****ing mess. In any case, if they don't get a clue, I don't care if McVay really IS all that he's cracked up to be-- he's going to fail miserably and eventually wind up getting fired.

The Rams remind me a bit of the Broncos. They're a giant ****ing mess, but for them the real bad news is they don't realize it yet.
The rams just took a 21.8 mil dead cap hit on cooks. That and like 17 mil in dead cap on gurley makes their salary cap for players to not play for them is ridiculous.

Plus the fact that they apparently didn't pay gurley or Mathews the last of their money because they are waiting on the offset likely means that players will think twice about going out there. They might be the new jags where the NFLPA suggests players not sign there.

Watson takes too many sacks, Fuller can't stay healthy and Cooks is massively overpaid, but you could still be right.

They could put up some big numbers if it all works out.

They went all-in for that Superbowl loss. I don't think they will be relevant for a while after these missteps.

For the 4 games each of them will be healthy at the same time.

Not a bad WR core

Johnson with a change of scenery could bounce back

Watson is legit as a QB and only getting better in the same system.

And Eric Murray as your starting safety...

Yeah, we saw how well that worked. It's called the 2018 Chiefs defense.

Spoiler alert: It sucked
