Doing that could possibly really **** up the statistics
This is borderline criminal that they're still using if you've traveled or not as criteria. We know damn well it's here.

From a guy on another forum who does business with a guy in China.

We have back to work since the beginning of March, except the workers who visited Wuhan or stayed in Wuhan on CNY holidays.

Here in China, everyone put the highest notice and follow the advice like wearing masks, don't stay close, wash hands frequently, take body emperature several times everyday and stay at home as possible. I think it's not that bad as I imagined before, seems everything is under control and we feel safe.
Masks man. Everyone needs to be wearing them now. Surgical is fine if not use a bandana. Something has to be better than nothing. People don't understand - it's not for you, it's to protect others from you.

Yeah gonna be a hard sell. But we have to do it.

any level of common sense would tell you that’s no longer applicable as any determitive reason to get a test or not.

Hell, I'd have no problem rolling with a mask. But do you remember how in the beginning they told us to not wear masks because they don't do anything? I mean damn, how could it NOT help? Sure, it's not 100%,but it's something.

So, some rough math...

~209,000,000 US citizens over the age of 18
~19,000,000 millionaires+
$1000/person

So excluding millionaires, that's ~$190B? Wow.
