Breeland is a solid starting NFL corner. He's a legit #2 guy. I'd have no issue keeping him around.

They said in the offseason they weren't going to pay him.

The owner has said he'd like to, but he's the owner. He doesn't have to say "he'd like to pay him". If he really wanted to, he would.
