Beef fajitas tonight

2 green peppers sliced

1 and a half onion sliced

1 large tomato sliced

Cook all down together with a healthy dash of salt

2 pounds of top sirloin sliced as thin as Paulies garlic in Goodfellas

Flash cook on high heat with a little garlic and salt

Throw in a flour wrap, add sour cream with chopped cilantro stirred in... and win

Steak, fried taters and corn on the cob. I'm not sure what she wants but I know there's a hook in this worm somewhere.

Preheat 425
Large cassarole pan
About 3-4 good size red potatoes cubed
About 2 TBS of olive oil (mix to coat)
Season with salt and Cavendars Seasoning
Bake 20 minutes.

While baking potatoes season 3-4 chicken breasts with salt

In a small skillet
2-3TBS(ish) Olives Oil
4 Cloves or so of fine chopped garlic
Sauté until light golden
Remove from heat stir
2 TBS brown sugar
Add juice of half lemon maybe a touch more
Pinch crushed red peppers (i used a Pizza Hut packet lol)
(I just eyeball and work towards a nice sauce)

Remove potatoes from oven and push to sides of cassarole pan
Lay Chicken breast along center of pan
Coat breasts with sauté mix
Bake additional 20-25 minutes.

Coat with drippings when serving garnish with a lemon.

You didn't answer the question. Did you do the four cuts in the bologna? We're serious about our fried bologna sandwiches in this joint, and need to know what your FBS game is like.
