What can't you evaluate right now? At a minimum his deep ball has regressed significantly, his mobility seems to have decreased with age, and his vision is just as bad as it ever was in the pocket.

A better playcaller will try, and probably succeed better than Hackett, to mitigate his shortcomings, yes, but even with circumstances as they currently are it's clear he's declined significantly.

Rypien is taking first team reps with Wilson limited. What the **** will Denver do if he steps in and wins a couple games with good play? You'll almost assuredly lose the locker room if Rypien is benched for Wilson after that.

Please. There are zero people that realistically think Rypien will do that well... it's a fun game to play though. I say start him, let Russ get healthy. This shit show is all at the feet of the coach. Yes, Russ has a lot of blame, but drop the coach and then look at other issues.

A coaching change does **** all to the perspective of the players in the locker room, and if Rypien does well they'll rally behind him 100%. Wilson has a hard time endearing to himself even when shits going smoothly, much less this current disaster.

Surely you can do better. Of course there's coaching problems. You hired one of the most incompetent head coaching candidates in modern NFL history. But when he's gone the players are still going to remember what an absolute dumpster fire Wilson has been both on the field and apparently in the locker room.
