We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

as far as Bell - he'll absolutely get a deal done, I'm thinking the sum of the expense is the issue, far and away - and simply put - GM's are figuring out the money to get him signed.

I think best case scenario, you get a 2nd for Ford, use that money to pick up about 3 defensive vet players. Guys who you know will make the 53, could potentially start, but if nothing else provide great depth and leadership.

Guys like Chris Long.

Yup. Spags isn’t a big fan which should mean that paying him huge money is not what needs to happen.

Almost $16 million would put us at around $31 million right now.

If you get a 2nd and free up that money, don't go shoot your wad on Chris Long types.

Take that pick and money and go get a premier corner somewhere and extend him.

How many teams are looking to give up premier corners in March? I just doubt that it’s really gonna be an option for us.
