Had an antipasto small appetizer of a little bit of each: green olives, prosciutto, mozzarella w tomato, bruschetta w chopped tomatoes olive oil and basil, hard salami, chunk of gran padano cheese, grilled artichoke, grilled eggplant, grilled squash, cold sweet pepper salad with raisins and pine nuts and vinegar.

Then onto the Margherita pizza with extra cheese and a side of arugula.

For dessert a fantastic Tiramisu

Had one Birra Moretti La Rossa, two classes of Chianti Classico, and finished with a Chambord over ice.

Time for a nap and yes I eat out a lot!

This could be posted in any one of 4 threads; Naps, What you drinking, What you eating, Do you eat out a lot.

Dude, KCUnited turned me on to this last year and it's great. Use it in Micheladas and also when we make stir fry. It's good stuff and very versatile.

Chicken burrito bowls, chipotle style.

It calls for chicken broth instead of water to cook the rice.
