I liked how veteran players Like Gonzo and Donnie were standing on the sidelines looking attentive when Medlock kicked what should have been the game winner in a pre-season game.
I like how Boomer was so upset that he couldn't play because of the injury. This guy LOVES football. That's important now. As Herm would say. You can tell Herm wants Brodie to start and Carl wants Damon. I think Herm wins out, Carl will voice his opinion but in the end I think he allows his coaches to make the on field decisions. All in all. I LOVE this show. |

I liked how certain players appear to be exposed by seeing how they practice/play. Samie Parker, Turk, Printers to name a few. I really liked that Patterson in the game and he practiced great too according to this episode. I was glued to this episode. Nice.

I wonder if all GM's are as "hands on" as CP. It really looks like he is making ALL the decisions and that Herm is a yes man. AND, both of the episodes have showed another certain something: CP is a beancounter and he thinks and runs his team that way too. This weeks comment was about Mcintosh and how "we invested ALOT of money in this guy in the offseason"....yeah, we know. He's hurt.
