Spaghetti and Meatballs
2 pounds ground beef Minced garlic - dont be shy at all Parmesan cheese - 2 heaping cupfuls, or more, like garlic its hard to use too much Finely ground cracker crumbs 1 egg Finely minced onion Basil and oregano mix Bake at 375 for 45 minutes in a pan with a light coating of ev olive oil, they're great... I prefer half pork/half beef, but beef is what I have on hand Red sauce is a jar (sue me), but I spruced it up with a few of moms last garden tomatoes that she had in the fridge, ev olive oil and 2 cups of merlot The smells that come wafting out of the kitchen when these are cooking at the same time is really just... killer |

9-10, roughly half the size of a baseball
edit* with the pasta and maybe a slice of garlic bread, 2 meatballs is plenty for a serving... you can feed several people until they're absolutely stuffed, or have tons of leftovers for sammiches or whatever Last edited by Easy 6; 09-30-2016 at 04:46 PM.. |

a la mer sauce
alfredo sauce seafood stuffing i cant quite reach across the table anymore to sample and breakdown the flavors. i just recall their cream sauces had a distinct flavor i cant put my finger on. i want to do a stuffed catfish (flathead) dinner again but with the jazz flavor. |

Jazz's radio spots are the worst kind of ear torture. There aren't many worse ones out there.

i feel foolish a lil, but in my defense i was searching for 'stuffed' catfish, more so because it was breaded. thanks for that. i had seen another knockoff one time, but the image looked terrible.
