In order to cut weight, Russell Wilson eats nine meals and 4,800 calories a day.

No, this isn't an infomercial for the newest dieting fad. As reported by ESPN.com's Sheil Kapadia, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback drastically altered his eating habits under the tutelage of Philip Goglia, a nutritionist who has worked with NBA stars Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Love and Rudy Gobert as well as actor Chris Pratt. (Apparently, he didn't just lose 50 pounds by cutting out beer.) The gluten- and dairy-free plan is packed with proteins, fruits, vegetables and lean meats.

There are actually two people standing beyond him making him look much wider than he is. I'm still not entirely sure where the person between Jeudy and Gordon has his head located, though.

Heh. I see it now. I think that stripe on his right side is actually someone else who's a lot further away, which is why his head doesn't show up.

Interesting. The guy who runs the RAS stuff compares Leo Chenal to Baron Browning. Both drafted 3rd rd. I think I saw the Broncos are moving Browning to OLB

Leo Chenal reminds me a bit of Baron Browning last year. Both athletic, Big 10 linebackers that some want to push up due to those projectable traits, but probably won't go until round 3. pic.twitter.com/1dgvyM3NH9

They are moving him. I think he's real big and fast, but doesn't really get the intricacies of ILB. I think OLB will be good for him.
