Rodgers would be stupid to leave a shit division and excellent franchise for a shit franchise with no owner and playing in a division with Herbert and Mahomes

Why? Rodgers would instantly be the best QB in the division. Mahomes and Herbert should be the ones wanting out of the division.

Not a very good plan when out of the 3 options you've got Russ who's said multiple times he has no plans to leave Seattle and Watson who's at best a serial sexual predator.

Well, if you want to take Cowherd's advice and give Green Bay 4 first round picks for him that would do the trick.

He'll draft some nice players here and there and once Denver fires Fangio, he'll probably find somebody competent who can make the playoffs occasionally. But again, when faced with making the play for a franchise guy or punting the decision into a future season, your GM chose to punt. Just like they've done every year in Minnesota. Don't underestimate Paton's ability to come up short when it comes to recruiting a QB, especially when all the guys he's trying to acquire are still under contract. If all those guys go elsewhere or stay with their teams, Denver is forced to punt yet again this offseason. Well... I mean, they COULD grow some balls and draft a guy, I suppose, but I'm not going to hold my breath. |

My guess is dungver won't be able to land one of the top qb's if available and will instead sign Minshew continuing their sad journey through qb purgatory

Paton should have been fired the moment he passed on Fields and Jones for a CB. He had better hope that they get Rodgers, because if they don't, that decision is going to haunt him for a long time. And even if they do get Rodgers, it was still stupid Rodgers is near the end of his career and will cost $45M / year or more instead of a rookie that has his whole career ahead of him and on a cheap deal.

That is rediculous. He is old and damn near retired. Why would come to a divison he would struggle to win. Justin and Mahomes are not going anywhere.
