Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs

Well, it looks like the deal is done.

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith.

I just looked up this shit and some of you guys are seriously trying so hard to destroy Alex Smith for his past bullshit before Harbaugh showed up.

When Alex Smith had a competent QB coach aka Harbaugh years.

Throwing 35 or more times Alex Smith was 2-2.

W's over Saints/Lions
L's to Vikings/Cards

Btw-Alex Smith's defense gave up an average of 21 points per game so you can't say his defense helped him win those games.

Let's go even further. This is Alex Smith's numbers when he threw 30 or more times in a game.

Alex Smith threw 14 TD's to 7 INT's in the 12 games he threw 30 or more passes.

Note:3 of those INT's were in 1 bad game against the NYG.

The hyperbole of Alex Smith is pretty annoying. Had to get a fair stat sheet.

What's annoying is anyone trying to prop him up as significantly better than Cassel.

His best season is worse than Cassel's best season.

In fact his TWO best seasons are worse than Cassel's two best seasons.

He may have a higher floor, but his ceiling may have already been reached.

17 TDs FTMFW!
