Apparently, it's coming back from a child abuse suspension.

Yup. I went ape shit in my truck this morning listening to Chris Carter talk about his top 3: Palmer (fine acl tear again I get it), AP and Michael Crabtree. No mention of Eric Berry at all. **** Chris Carter and ESPN

We need to start calling him by his full name: BrockLeftwich - Mallett.

And I hope he plays the whole game so KnowMo can see the difference between he and Big Ben.

I had a wonderful thought earlier today.

Cassel = Osweiler

Think about all the similarities...

4 years on the bench behind a HOF QB
Wins games with a really good team around him
Has difficulty throwing deep
Limited sample size as starter
Is starting for the first time in a contract year
Questionable pocket presence
Holds the ball too long

I mean, are the football gods gonna **** Denver this go around?

Agreed.

But remember, if Denver does somehow make it we need to ask Bob to ban all of their users.

Cassel wasn't that bad for NE, either.

Rumor is the Broncos are going to franchise tag Brock...

This is a little far fetched.

Assweiler will never throw consecutive 400 yard games in his career

That's actually probably the smartest thing to do with him. Although the one year tag would likely be around $20 million, it would give them a full season to evaluate him before deciding on a long term contract, However, that scenario only works if VonDumbass works out a contract before free agency, because if he's not signed, he gets the tag. Guaranteed.
