How does a cauliflower crust taste?

Can you notice it's flavor much? What do you do to make it?

I love creamy dishes but not in my vegetables. I love chicken a la king, alfredo dishes, —things like that.

I follow the Food Wishes YouTube video. It really just tastes like plain bread to me. It's pretty damn good for being a healthy alternative. I put raw cauliflower in a food processor, cook it with a splash of water 5-6 minutes, let it cool, place in a cheesecloth to squeeze out access water, add two eggs and shape into pizza crust. Place on parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes on 400.

Some people like to add Parmesan to the cauliflower or goat cheese. I just add two eggs, salt and pepper for taste.

Another one of the salads we've been eating around once a week. Romaine, cherry tomatoes, avocado, shrimp marinated and dressed in cilantro lime chilie dressing. Sprinkled with flaked salt.
