Try this recipe if you do roasted chicken often. It's a slam dunk. The potatoes are straight crack.

Usually eat the dark meat and wings and then maybe half of a breast. Use the leftover to make a bomb chicken salad.

Looks good Buzz and buttered peas are a ok it's the creamed peas I get nauseated with.

I got a helluva deal on a Nuwave Pro oven at Sam's closeout isle. Gave a test run with chicken drumsticks. Poured in a little liquid smoke sprinkled caved erst and paprika. Cooked at 350 for 12 minutes turned and did 350 10 more minutes. It was golden brown crispy skin and cooked perfectly. The kids and myself approved. This is possibly the best 29 bucks I've spent cooking utensil wise.
