Ya it took time for us and I caved at 5:20. I'm man enough to accept it and move on. Was I last week? No, because I was already having bad week and let my guard down during negotiation. Can I redo the trade now?? No I can't, but what I can do is make the damn best of it and move on. Who knows in week one or two in playoffs a player could go down during the week on Doomy team during the game.

No shit. You must have been harassing him if it took you that long!

By the way, that was a pretty big trade!

I needed a dang WR, the one weak spot on my team, and I have a crap ton of RB's. I think it was pretty fair, I almost caved and gave him Ryan Mathews instead of Pierre Thomas glad I held out.

Yeah, he got the better deal imo but I was desperate. I drafted really shitty in this league, actually all the leagues I'm in I failed this year. This league has deep benches so RB pickin's are really slim. I made the mistake of taking J. Harrison too high giving him too much credit for how he turned it on at the end of last year. I didn't expect a white boy to come in & take over. It was all down hill from there.

I'm hoping Bess continues to benefit from the double/triple teams Marshall gets. Although Hartline gets a lot of looks in the redzone.

Oh well, if I made him better, so be it.

In your defense I don't think anyone in the league predicted before the season started that Hillis was going to be on such a tear. If anything it was the same situation that happend to you to a lot of other people. Hell a lot of people were really high on Harrison coming into the season. I'm glad I didn't end up with him. I do fall into the same category though. During the draft I remember thinking to myself I'd love to be able to steal Harrison in one of the later rounds. Fortunately that' didn't happen and you got stuck with him....thanks for taking one for the team I guess.

See, I like your side of the deal better personally. I like Pierre Thomas and Mendenhall quite a bit though. It was a pretty even deal IMO.

Pierre Thomas, Mendenhall, and Bess for MJD, Brandon Marshall, Cribbs.

Pretty even, but I really like Mendenhall and Pierre.

Let me know if there is anyone on my roster you can't live without. I was and still am kind of receiver heavy. I could use another decent back maybe. I suppose it would depend on who you might be willing to part with or if any players on my team might interest you. None of my receivers are top flight wideouts like an Andre Johnson or Reggie Wayne type but they're all pretty damn decent I think. It's really a toss up of who to start at WR some weeks, that's how close they all are talent wise. None of them are tremendous but they're all more than serviceable.
