Did you watch the video? I'm going to guess no (which is fine), but he was charging an officer from the beginning and charged that officer on at least two more occasions in the first 30 seconds. Well, when you are charging and officer while naked - you can be pretty sure the guy doesn't have a weapon so lethal force would not be needed...
