Baltimore is a better team as well. But we didn't have Jones or Kelce against the Lions and Toney was playing for the other team.

So yea we are better this year.

Tennessee was invisible so people forgot that he was washed up last year.

Henry doesn't fit for the exact reason we saw. Lamar runs the ball so much it negates Henry. He is a volume guy he needs 20 touches a game.

I thought that when they signed him.

Lamar’s gotta prove he can throw it from under center (or a be a threat at all), otherwise it’s a dead giveaway it’s a run up the gut to Henry.

no doubt and Pat missed those guys just barely. But way better than Game 1 last year or any regular season game last year that I can think of.

Henry always seems to be best when you really focus on running the ball a lot and wearing guys down and he gets rolling downhill in the 2nd half. He's not really a guy you give 10 carries at random times for 90 yards and a TD.

Not sure how that's gonna work with Lamar throwing 41 times tonight. Even a lot of Lamar's runs were on pass plays.

I kept wondering why Jones kept running around the RB at the end of the game. Just run over him. That RB should have just been a speed bump.

But, it's the first game, and we won.

He,ran around long enough for guys to get open. Anything other than the checkdowns were “FIRE” mode. Spags had a great game plan. Guys get tired chasing that MF’er around.

I’m not surprised at all that Bolton got caught in between. The same thing happened in the AFCCG to him on B’more’s lone TD.
