IT ****ING HAPPENED
OP UPDATE: Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! Last edited by Dante84; 05-17-2017 at 09:40 AM.. |

So Mahomes is only 3 TD away from tying the NFL record for TDs in a single postseason (11).

I wouldn't be surprised if this breaks Allen's confidence in clutch situations. It could change the trajectory of his career

You can wind up your whole team for an entire season based on how the previous year ended. Maybe you can even do it twice. But you can't do that every ****ing season. That kind of mentality simply cannot be sustained like that especially as parts of the team change and move around from season to season. McDermott is going to need to find a new tactic. Can't just go, "Live with it! Remember it! And take it back next year!" |

I think he'll be fine. The guy was not rattled with the game on the line. We'll see if their new oc will keep running Allen.

He isn't insane. He's choked in plenty of games this season when they needed the big td. He's a paper super star the media props up. Burrow is as well. Bengals have squeaked by two teams with mediocre QBs with his dazzling 2 td throws. Joe has rode his defense to this game.

Yeah, Josh Allen is no joke. He will hoist the Lombardi at time or two in his career. Considering his first year in the league and then comparing it to where he is now is pretty damned amazing.

That was payback for the earlier game in October when Rousseau jumped and got a tip ball interception. Mahomes learned his tendency and used it against him. Still a pretty insane throw.

I seriously doubt that. Allen is fantastic and has balls of steel. If the way he played the first year and a half he was in the league didn't break his confidence losing his OC shouldn't either.
