I’d look at David Shaw of Stanford and Lincoln Riley of Oklahoma. College coaches I believe will be better equipped in this NFL considering the offense’s evolvement into what it is today with the spread concepts

Elway probably won't give him a huge deal considering he'll be 30+ when his contract is up.
