The progression of posters on the Mane in that thread about QB situation reversal is great. Prior to the Denver game it was “wait until Mahomes plays real defenses like Denver and Jacksonville and the Chiefs will be exposed.”
After disposing of those teams their focus has now shifted to “Reid can’t win a super bowl” or “just because we have a good QB doesn’t mean anything so we need a legit defense as well.” Or of course the standard “well other QBs have started good as well and fallen off in year two.” |

Sounds like they're talking about a terminal cancer patient.....
This is ****ing hilarious http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ulling-for-him Broncos CEO on Vance Joseph: We're all pulling for him After a busy offseason, which included the signing of quarterback Case Keenum to a two-year deal, the Denver Broncos entered the 2018 season with hopes of turning around a team that finished 5-11 in 2017. Denver started off hot with a 2-0 record, but head coach Vance Joseph's team now enters Week 6's matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on a three-game slide. While Joseph and his coaching staff could quickly find themselves on a hot seat, Broncos president and CEO Joe Ellis provided a vote of confidence on Thursday. "They know the deal," Ellis said, via Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic. "They experienced it last year. They know what needs to be done to fix it and move forward and try to improve and get better, and play some good football for the remaining 11 games. We're all pulling for and supporting him and we'll see where it goes."............. |

Those idiots are going to be scraping barrel bottom for a LONG time to come, so it is good that we are there to educate them in this trying time. |

One thing I'll say about the Donks is they did the game manager retread thing right. They signed him to a two year deal, not a goddamn five-year albatross.
They'll move on pretty quick. |

I like Keesum as a backup. Quite a bit actually. Same for Smith, probably even Cassel.
Broncos could go after Eli in the off-season, maybe his bro can give him some of his horse needles full of HGH and they can recreate the Manning magic there? |

Also, I want to see banners flying over Mile High in about 30 years. Then our role reversal will be complete.

That could work b/c he's married, so he could blame his wife for the HGH, just like Peyton.

During Elway's short tenure, the franchise has seen the extreme highs and lows... they've made a lot of mistakes lately and will likely move on from them at season's end.
Vance will be gone, barring an amazing recovery. 7-14 is terrible and if they continue the slide into the abyss, he'll be gone before season end. The OL has been an issue for years. They have a lot of good pieces, but they've lost their identity and there are no leaders standing up and taking accountability. You guys should certainly relish in all the ugliness and dysfunction... we would and have in the past. I'm in for the long-haul, always have been and still believe that it won't be ugly for as long as many here hope and predict. |
