OKC is too close to Dallas. It would of been a good place to put a team for a minor league though.

Theres enough goodish and local enough college teams to make it work. OU and OSU usually have several fringe NFL guys, add in Kansas schools TX school and their fringe guys, and you could build a fanbase.
