today got a letter in the mail for a new deal

2 cars & 2 app logins with platinum plan (nfl / mlb / all sports)

10 dollars a month for 12 months, then jumps to 33 (but you can cancel then)

My beef is that I pay extra for NFL radio and there's a MILLION commercials on that channel, the breaks are like six minutes long and the ads are the most annoying ads possible (male enhancement pills, insurance, real estate, etc).

Ready to turn it off and just stream from my phone.

The only channels I use are 33-36 and Netflix radio which actually sucks too because 75% of the time it's Fortune Fiemster for some reason, she is the worst.

Thank you for this.

My year long platinum subscription for $5/month is about to run out at the end of September. My wife also has an XM Platinum that expires in Oct. I will be renewing with one of the deals you all have posted in the thread. Much obliged.

But we're outliers as far as putting effort into an alternative solution. At a certain point, I figured out, with both Phish and the Dead, what "eras" I liked and just loaded up thumb drives. Most folks I know that are fans feel that's a lot of effort when they can just turn on Channel 23 or Channel 29.
Plus with channel 23 you get the Big Steve hour lol
