The next is a tomato and arugula salad, but for some reason the photo won't load. Moving on to steak with mushroom cream sauce.

I show up over at moms house and she had bought 2 giant ass pork loins to grill. But it was getting late so she says we are cutting them up an inch thick and grilling them like steaks. And Buehler445 is doing it. Now, she has a Treager and I don't. I'm petrified. I've never cooked a loin cut up and I never cook on a Treager. And then she gave me some goofy Treager seasoning that I had never seen.
I had Mrs Buehler445 run home and get our Thermapen (rep to FMB! For pumping them and posting the sale). My **** sister threw a fit and said what's the matter with moms that gets a reading in like a minute. The problem is I had like 40 on there at once bitch. . So I get to work and checked them, pulled them off when they got done and threw some more on. I worked through them all and pulled them off at 160 (I didn't want to take any chances). I don't know how many I rolled out. Probably 75 or 80 of them. And naturally they weren't very uniform. Ugh. We made up some potatoes and onions, had green beans, mom wanted me to grill some pineapple (I had also never done that) salad and meat. It all turned out pretty good despite the multiple opportunities to **** it up. I was kind of proud of myself. Sorry for the jankety lighting mom loves those god damned orange bulbs. |

I put them uncooked in a salad today, with some bacon and mushrooms as well as the usual ingredients with a creamy dressing. The so loved it.
Peas go great with shrooms and bacon. Kinda like trying a Sarah Salad on the fly without all the ingredients. |

Possibly the best single piece of meat I ever had was a piece of primal topped with Gorgonzola and caramelized onions at a Tapas restaurant in Clayton.
