that's their RB, right? Surprised BUF let him go for that price. Now they have to go fishing for another RB. And their OL needs a piece or two.

Well, since I feel sorry for them and all, we could send them Clyde for a 2 and a 4.

Harris and Singletary are basically the same tier of 2 down RB, so no real loss or upgrade there.

Why wouldn't they throw in Diggs as a way of saying 'thank you'?

Yes he is. He was improving every year with Chargers, 3rd on team with receiving yards in 2021, then tore his acl week 3 in 2022. Good speed, depends on how and when he recovers from his injury.

I liked singletary, but I wouldn’t want him as our starting RB. Damien Harris, I don’t know, I like his style, physical goal line guy too, I feel like he could be a susprise steal.

Rbs don't matter. Blocking matters. Best RB we have ever had didn't get is the SB titles. They don't change the game.

Him and Singletary literally both average 4.7 YPC on their career, and they're both 2 down guys. There's not a significant difference at all.

Harris is definitely an upgrade on Singletary. Solid runner, willing pass blocker and decent out of the backfield. I'd have gladly brought him in here as the #2 runningback.

He can play.

Nah - I don't think that's the case as all.

He's a much more capable 3rd down player than Singletary, IMO.

BB was so wedded to the idea of a dedicated 3rd down back that he didn't utilize Harris on 3rds very often but he was absolutely capable of it. I think he's a clear step up from Singletary in term of vision and versatility.
