Oh I think in the short term it's the same if not slightly worse. I don't think we can say that it is terrible worse but worse.

Doesn't sound like there will be any state restrictions on social distancing at restaurants. He's saying they'll have guidelines but it will be consumer-driven.

It's .56%~ in NYC if you believe their death count and .12% according to studies done by Berkeley, CA and Florida. Italy, if I recall, had it around .1%.

Yeah it's going to be interesting. If restaurants and bars in Liberty, Lee's Summit, etc all open up, how is he going to tell the businesses unfortunate enough to be located in a KCMO zip code that they need to stay shut down?
