Sharwood’s Thai Red Curry with red bell pepper. It was ok. Not as flavorful as I expected, but not bad.

Are you wanting to do the whole thing? Wife has a decent crock pot fajita recipe. Other than that, she buys the shit ass McCormick seasoning. Don't do that.

I can't believe what I am writing from being shocked but tonight I left the office late and picked up a couple of frozen DiGiorno Supreme Speciale Pizzas along with a six pack of Heineken at the Circle K across from my townhome. This was the first time I ever had them and it's been many years since I had a frozen pizza.
Took only 20 minutes or so to cook and I put them directly on the wire rack in a preheated 375 degree oven. They came out so damn crispy, very tasty, and the BEST FROZEN PIZZA I EVER HAD AND DAMN NEAR ONE OF THE BEST PIZZA'S IN GENERAL! The sausage, pepperoni, red and green peppers plus onions were all delicious on the pizza as well as the melted cheese. It was so light inside not soggy at all or too heavy. I was floored by how good it was. Not a single spill or mess in the oven either. Highly recommend to everyone! |

Digiorno is pretty nasty. Probably an upgrade to Lil Caser and Pizza hut though.

Doing stir fry tonight. Rice, shiitake mushrooms, peas, carrots, onion, green onion, chile, garlic, ginger, soy, oyster sauce, preserved lemon, and I just found some fresh gulf shrimp. If I do the shrimp, I may leave out the shrooms.
