No way Elway takes Baker at 5 let alone Baker at all. Baker is not his kind of QB. He wants the tall big arm guy.

Just saying.
I can't see any scenario where Baker falls out of the top 15.

Whoever Kubiak likes is the guy we'll pick and Mayfield knows it...

If a QB they like is sitting there they have to take him. If they don't, they'll probably have to trade multiple #1 picks to get one in 2019 or 2020. Who knows, maybe the Giants take a QB at 2 and Buffalo trades up and takes one at 4...

Why did Horseface try to resign Osweiler or trade up for Lynch? Why did he sign Watson and Stephenson? Why did he bring in Sanchez? Why did his team go 5-11?

He has Keenum on a 2 year deal...if he doesn't draft a QB, he'll have to next year. A 30 year old journeyman QB isn't the answer...

No way that happens...too many teams need a QB. If he were to fall...he wouldn't get past Arizona/Buffalo.

I wouldn't worry too much about having to trade up in the next couple of years. The Donks will be drafting top 5 for at least the next 2-3 years. Probably longer. They could even be picking number one the way things are looking these days.

I thought the Keenum signing signaled that the donx were tanking for the next couple of years.

You keep forgetting that the Broncos already have two developmental QBs on the roster already and don’t need one more.

Keenum means the Broncos don’t have to reach for a QB at 5.

Me I’m means the broncos don’t think any of the guys that will be available would be ready right away

Hence the 2 year deal.

Paxton hasn't shown a lot since he's been in Denver and $wag Kelly hasn't shown anything yet. If Denver forgoes a QB at 5 they'll be nice to have, but I have a lot more faith in Darnold, Mayfield, and Rosen than I do Lynch/Kelly.

They’re all different flavors of suck.

Mayfield vs. Mahomes....I kinda want him to fall to the Donks.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dorsey takes him...

I'm no expert...but he looks the part.
Nah, Mayfield is going to suck mucho ass sweat in this league. With a 2 foot straw.
We should all pray with every ounce of our collective hearts and souls that Elfraud is sauced deeply on draft day to pull the trigger on the QB that Mahomes sent packing.

Truth.

It's more or less like choosing whether Pooper or Threetard will service you at the truck stop glory hole.

So what do you want Denver to do at QB long-term? Stick with Keenum? Trade the farm for Drew Lock? Keep drafting QB's on day 2 and 3 and hope to get lucky?
