You know what CP needs? A frank discussion about race and how it relates to IQ, crime rates, and dick size.
I can think of no other group of people better suited to hash this out and really to the bottom of things. |

And on the same front, racial injustice does exist in society. It doesn't exist in the NFL at the QB position. The NFL and its owners have not passed on black QBs that have shown promise. They have given them opportunities. Some have flourished, many haven't. So really, drop the bullshit that people care that a QB is black. They don't. They care that the QB is good. Period. You're great at using Google, you proved that in the past. It's your only source of knowledge. |

But....McCaffrey has an unfair advantage, here is is grandpa at the 1960 Olympics, he is in lane one. (NFLer to be Frank Budd/Ray Norton in two.three) |

Hattie McDaniel (June 10, 1893 – October 26, 1952) was an American actress of stage and screen, professional singer-songwriter, and comedian. She is best known for her role as "Mammy" in Gone with the Wind (1939), for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, the first Oscar won by a black entertainer. Why do we need to be told she was the first anything....well? Ernest Davis (December 14, 1939 – May 18, 1963) was an American football player, a halfback who won the Heisman Trophy in 1961 and was its first African-American recipient. So why do we care if he was the first African American....right? How about this.... Christophe Lemaitre[1] (French pronunciation: [kʁistɔf ləmɛtʁ]; born 11 June 1990) is a French sprinter who specialises in the 100 and 200 metres. In 2010, Lemaitre became the first white athlete to break the 10-second barrier in an officially timed 100 m event. He remained the only one to achieve the feat until joined by Ramil Guliyev and Filippo Tortu. Lemaitre has run a sub-10 second 100m on seven occasions: three times in 2010 and four times in 2011. He won a bronze medal in the 4 × 100 m relay at the 2012 London Olympic Games and in the 200 metres at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. So tell me why do we care about him being white....right? Dude, you are so wrong it's comical Here have another...... Jack Roosevelt Robinson (January 31, 1919 – October 24, 1972) was an American professional baseball player who became the first African American to play in Major League Baseball (MLB) in the modern era.[1] Robinson broke the baseball color line when he started at first base for the Brooklyn Dodgers on April 15, 1947.[2] When the Dodgers signed Robinson, they heralded the end of racial segregation in professional baseball that had relegated black players to the Negro leagues since the 1880s.[3] Robinson was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962.[4] You sure nobody gives a ****? The NFL truly needs more Asian quarterbacks.
Why do they always pass on those guys in the draft? |

Talking about a "black" NFL QB now? Ridiculous. There have been hundreds. There have been great ones, good ones, average ones, shitty ones, completely incompetent busts, etc. What now makes mention of it more redeeming? Because there are more good ones now than there has been in the past? At what point are you satiated? When they are all black? Would that make it somehow a greater accomplishment? I really don't understand why you're pushing on this. What's the agenda? You are devoid of any substance here other than reciting Google results of the past. Why does it matter? Perhaps that's the biggest question. And, why does it matter to you? |
