Guy doesn't get paid enough money. Plays two positions.
He's also the tallest Japanese person that may exist. Imagine if they were all 6'4''? Jacking it out of the park. Also how on Earth are the Angels 18-22 (same record as the Royals) with all the good players they have? Ohtani - pitcher Ohtani - batting Trout Rendon |

43 pitchers have had it done twice and to be honest the success rate isn't great...
The most recent is Mike Clevinger, who just had it done. But honestly the success rate isn't good...most of the guys were past 30 and ended up never making it back to the majors or they were terrible. About the only real success stories are Nathan Eovaldi who had his best season after his second one. Chris Capuano who was basically the same. Hung-Chih-Kuo who was a good reliever and Daniel Hudson. For another example Soria had it done twice..the terrible Soria everyone remembers was after the second one. |

Nice read on Jackson Jobe posted today. A prospect I absolutely LOVE, despite him being a HS arm, and have touted on here before.
https://www.royalsreview.com/2021/5/...t-jackson-jobe Would LOVE to see the Royals get this guy at 7, if Lawler, Rocker or Leiter don't fall. Assuming those 3 aren't at 7, the Royals better take House or Jobe. |

^ why it was OK - smart, even - to start him at AA this year. It's a small sample size, but he needs to go through some trials.
I'm still excited about him. His performance against big leaguers still matters. |
