Gonna be a lot of grandparents sitting home on a 0 degree night wondering wtf they have to do to watch an NFL playoff game. Goodell can eat the largest bag of dicks there is

It will be on the NFL+ app, but that's $6.99/month and they make it pretty difficult to cast/mirror onto TV screens. It's supposed to be strictly a mobile device platform.

yeah having nfl+ is decent bc it basically gives you any blacked out game on Sunday ticket but its basically impossible to get it on your tv. so its nice for watching games until my phone hits 10% at halftime

I already pay for it. It's one of the better TV apps out there TBH. I'm far more upset that we got Collinsworth.

They didn't use to have commercials but you may have read how they were all losing money. That was before the new SAG deal, too. |

I would think the complaint about watching a game on a phone is that it is too small. I have watched some football and basketball on my phone when it was necessary but it sucks. Too small of a screen. |

It's amazing that with the money the NFL has that it can't come up with an app that isn't a steaming pile of shit. Even without the crashes, the interface is clunky and buggy as hell. To be fair, my son watches all of the Chiefs' games on NFL+ as he doesn't get any local channels and claims he doesn't have any problems so maybe some of the problem is due to the fact that I have Google TV on my TV and I think his is a Roku TV. |

Does anyone know if you can watch the game delayed and fast forward through the boring shit on Peacock like you can on Prime games?

Sounds like what they have already done with MLB playoffs. We only get over the air stations at the lake and in 2015, the Royals were on TBS or some other cable channel. Getting those stations then would have meant getting a dish and paying a lot of money for just a weekend. We found a nice (okay, not very nice) smoky place to watch the game.
Amazon did it with Thursday night football and it seems to be doing just fine. People will grumble and complain to their friends and then they will sign up and have another $6 a month service which will creep up in price like all the others. |
