I see Elway's ego retained his failed 2nd round pick...nice move. This is no different than firing Fox..he is "King" in his own mind. No RB needy team even bothered to make an offer on Ball.

Once a poser....always a poser.

Unless he can figure a way to rig the cap...again...this team's trajectory arrow is pointing down.

You need 3 or 4 RB's. If CJ and Hillman go down having a guy like Ball who has played before is huge. Plus Kapri Bibbs will probably make his way to practice squad.

It made no sense to cut Ball while the Cowboys were looking for an RB. Once they got Michael, there was no reason to hang on to Ball.
