Wife whipped up pancit in the big ass aluminum wok. It's a space eater but and she won't change. Oh well its tasty so I won't be to vocal about it.

Ill work on it when she gets home. I have never seen my wife work from a recipe. I think Filipina women are imprinted at an early age from their families with all the dishes they cook.
