My brother came into town this weekend, and took my mother and I to the Bourbon steak steakhouse in Scottsdale last night.
I ended up getting the Iberico double pork chops, with the black truffle butter sauce which I’ve been wanting to try for a while now. Extremely tender and flavorful. At the same time, I’m not sure they were worth all the hype or the expense. But I always like to try new things, and they were very tasty. As for the steakhouse itself, it’s a really nice place, though a little bit more modern and its execution, then is my preference. the wait staff was excellent and overall a very enjoyable experience, if a little pricey. On a sidenote, they do have an excellent selection of Bourbons and single malt. Overall, I would recommend it, though some of the sides that we tried, are just average for your typical high-end steakhouse. Last edited by Megatron96; 04-28-2024 at 05:02 PM.. |

I've for some red beans soaking. When I was in Roatan earlier this month one of the people on out trip was a man from Belize (, here it comes!!!), and he made traditional Belizean Beans and Rice. I hope mine come out something as awesome as he made..
