Some good-looking food on their menu. Gong to have to find a Salvadorian restaurant and try it out. |

Colby jack and provolone on rye to end the day. Full day of cooking for me. Made some very legit mac and cheese for Easter dinner tomorrow. Made pasta salad. Made some homemade mayo. Threw on a brisket flat for sandwich meat this upcoming week and had brats for dinner with the pasta salad. Shit made my son some muffins too. Regular Betty Crocker type shit. I picked up a family pack of 10 thin boneless pork chops reduced from $12 to $5 at Fry's earlier today. Sadly they were bland as hell. Fried them and usually they are very good. Juicy but flavorless. First time in a very long time.
Sides of Steamfresh corn, asparagus, carrots and fettuccine alfredo from Marie Callender. Also Magistrate cheap Sauvignon Blanc white wine. |
