What went wrong against the Broncos?

From 27-0, to.... that.

In a few weeks, nobody is really going to care what the game looked like, only that we got the W.

But for tonight, and for the next few days, I want to know what changed between 27-0 and the end.

Didn’t they call a time out before he ran the ball? Did not everyone in the world know he was getting the ball?

People are way too comfortable with our WR room. Our all world QB and Hof head coach cover some of these warts. Our receivers disappear in way longer stretches than I'm comfortable with

There was a stretch at the end of the 2nd and beginning of the 3rd where we had 3-4 straight drives that were under 2 minutes long.
At one point, the Broncos were on a 21-0 run in just 5 minutes of game time.

That doesn't happen unless both phases are playing in quicksand.

Yep. We literally played like 55 minutes of pretty dominant football.

But zoned out and phoned in about 5 minutes.

I’d love to see you operate behind the OL (tackles I’m looking at you) and not get hurried.

Win is a win. Was not pretty as it looked like it was going to be but who cares. We won and have another road game to go before we come home. I doubt anyone in Dallas is bitching about barely winning against the crap team they barely beat.

Just occurring to me that the Chiefs didn't cover the spread. Can't imagine how that would have felt if I'd had money on them and was looking at a 27-0 score near end of first half. Ouch!

I don't keep track, but it feels like the Chiefs are ****ing awful vs the spread. They just hate putting bad teams away.

It would have been unwise to lay that many points on a divisional rival on the road. It hopefully serves as a lesson to those who did bet it. Throw the Chiefs money line on your parlays to get a boost. Or tease it down to Chiefs -3
