The last throw in the video where he alters his motion to a side arm to avoid Chubb's deflection attempt...that's just sick...

As I watched the game, I didn't really feel many "Holy Wow" moments outside of the Hunt TD run...

Now that I watch these plays from the ALL22 angle, it tells a completely different story.

HOLY WOW with all of that ball placement.

bump for one of the greatest threads on CP.

And in preparation for more gif greatness vs the Browns.

That top throw is unreal, given the pressure in his face.

This has to be Mahomes most impressive throw this year right? Von Miller is in his face putting his helmet in Mahomes chest, kid can’t even set his feet to throw and he flicks it between 2 defenders in the perfect spot.

Aaron Rodgers is the only other QB I can think of that can do that.

looks like a penalty should've been called making contact to his head on that throw.
his head snaps back right at the release of the throw.

Yeah we got a roughing call.

That is another bonus from having a QB who won't go fetal. If he is willing to take some hits you are going to get some flags.

Not only that, but he didn't go to Watkins who was wide open but only about 2 yards past the line of scrimmage. I think most QB's would have thrown it to Watkins and hoped he could make a play to get the first down on 3rd and 10. Choosing the much harder throw and making in that situation is pretty amazing.

That is the best part of that throw. He knows it is 3rd down and isn't taking a checkdown. He takes the 20 times more difficult throw to get it past first down.
