Finishing stir fry beef in the pan.
First time using London broil for this. Marinated meat over night with soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simply cook this about 6 minutes a side under broil to an internal temperature of 125. Slice thin and lightly coat in sauce in the pan at the end. |

I bought a sous vide unit today. It was on sale plus a 40% off coupon. It's the Inkbird brand which gets good reviews. Can't wait to try it out.
