Broke down this week and bought a Yoder Smoker. I love my Egg but it was a pain in the ass smoking brisket. I will use it for tri-tip, sirloin and Poultry. And Pizza.
Have a 12 pound brisket on the Yoder right now. Pretty easy to monitor and control the temp. |

I'll tell you whats for breakfast at my house this saturday, Auntie Fees egg rolls but with ground sausage instead of leftover pork chops and plenty of cheese
And this is next in the cue, greens and fried corn cakes... a feast unto themselves |

Last night I did 2 Boar's Head Roast Beef and Swiss on soft Sesame Seed large buns. Had olive oil mayo, horseradish, sliced white onions, salad mix instead of lettuce and some Claussen dill pickle halves.
Simple but tasted great! |
