Well I'm invited back to deer camp. JC this is awesome.
From coming out of the water to post sear. OMG "this is the way"... They all said they will be buying sous vide machine very soon. That's when you know it was good. |

Went whole hog on cookie this afternoon.
Chocalate chunk with oat and pecan, all fresh spices and extracts, including freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg. Good crispy edges and chewy center. |

Looks great, May I suggest a sharp knife? LooKs like you took my old Stihl 045 Super (87cc) to it.
Cut against the grain, you'll thank me. |

It's my old one.
I drag it out once a year, put the bad azz bar and the logger chain on it and teach youngsters how it's done. After 20 minutes I start drinking and telling people who want to try it NO! New is nice but IMHO not better if you don't mind having loose teeth. But it takes down the big ones that's 22 seconds. |

When I was married to the farmer's daughter, I went out at 5am, crawled into the cab of the tractor with either a bow or a shotgun (slug) and waited for the deer to come to me.
Free deer tags and hauling it home was easy too. Had something like this with a hinged top There are some positives to marrying a farmer/ rancher's daughter. I should have been more critical when I met her mother. |
