Pure comfort after working in the garage all afternoon. Started the night before with a pork butt. Can't tell you how less stressed I am to be smoking/grilling on pavers instead of a rooftop deck. Got my Arlo keeping an eye on her.
Pulled pork, funeral potatoes with regular Lays potato chips on the smoker (recommended) and the wife made a lemon blueberry cake with cream cheese frosting (her photo). |

That all looks delicious. My wife makes the same cake but does a layered version and it's about my favorite dessert in the entire world. ****ing love that cake. Always request it for my birthday.
