Either way, that's too many concussions. Intellectually, Morse is no Feynman, but he's a pretty smart guy who needs his noodle. He should collect his insurance, settle down with his new wife, and grow strawberries somewhere ... before he actually becomes a strawberry. Brain damage ... not good. FAX |

After being a second round pick and probably having made to this point....maybe 5 million dollars..
He has a contract that has 11 as a signing bonus and just over 26 in total guarantees, that's his FU money there is no way he walks away. |

Tremon had no shot at making it at CB....when they drafted another returner he was ****ed.
If he can translate his speed to RB then he may have a shot. He's basically a dude that probably isn't making the team so he's trying anything he can. |

His mind is probably already in the blender and he likely has constant headaches. Call it a day and get a real job. FAX |

But it's like saying "Mike Trout has had the most incredible start to a career of any player in baseball history through age 27 so he's clearly going to be the best player of all time!" Okay...well we know through age 27 he's not OUT of that conversation, which puts him in a group of about 2 dozen people in baseball history. So already he's in select company to be sure. But Babe Ruth was making All Star games at 39 and at 36 led the league in HRs for the 12 time in 14 years. Hank Aaron hit 40 bombs at age at 39 yrs old. Willie Mays was still a superstar at 40. When you're talking about the GOAT conversation and that sort of rarefied air, you realize that it's not a guy's first 10 years in the league that get them there. It's usually their LAST 10 years in the league. It's sustained excellence. For peak I'm absolutely comfortable saying that Mahomes will reach heights unmatched but for true GOAT status, you can't get there until you're still kicking ass into your mid-late 30s. |

His signing bonus was $11 million and he had about $8 million in guaranteed base and roster bonuses this year. He has another $2 million of next year's salary guaranteed and an additional $6 million of his 2020 and '21 salary guaranteed for injury. So he's sitting on about $27 million that's guaranteed when you factor in the injury guarantees. He had just a hair under $5 million in career earnings prior to this deal so all told if he never gets cleared again he's looking at roughly $32 million in career earnings. He should be just fine. |
