That's beautiful.

I love the fact that Spagnuolo's defenses are not just effective, but also aggressive and fun to watch.

If watching that Eagles game doesn't make you appreciate Spags, nothing will.

The Eagles sat back and let Cousins shred them.

Spags wouldn't have done that in a million years. Not even in week 2.

That ****er's gonna die with his boots on 100 times out of 100.

It's gonna beat us someday. It may beat us in brutal, heartbreaking fashion that we remember for decades.

But it's put at least one flag over Arrowhead and very arguably 2 (or even 3). Spags is playing with house money in my eyes. And if we go down, we'll go down swinging.

That's a hell of a lot better than playing soft and then getting juked out of your jock at the goalline because you let them walk down there like they were playing against 3rd stringers.

Can't find the longest record before this (if there was one), but with the Cinci game, the Kansas City defense has held opponents below 28 points in 23 straight games, tying the Redskins' 23-game streak in 2009.

Someone with a lot more time and stat-nerd-curiosity should dig deep into Chiefs history since 2019, because this has to be the best 3-game start for run defense in the Spags era ever.

Prevents for losers. Spags isn’t just aggressive, he’s smart about it. Cinci for example knows they’re likely blitzing there bc that’s his MO and they still couldn’t pick it up bc of its disguise and unpredictability. Someone will get us eventually bc that’s how it goes but the record of success will be tilted in his favor bc he’s brilliant.

It's amazing what we can do due to having so many talented safeties. Conner, Cook, and Reid have all be fantastic. I assume Hicks will join the party sometimes soon as well.
