Honestly a pretty good draw for KU other than the potential R32 matchup against SDSU. They are one of the best defensive teams in the country, are very physical, and are definitely underseeded at 8.

I watch a lot of their games, as my wife is an alum. They can’t score for shit, and their conference is a joke compared to big12.

But yes they do play good d for sure

Yeah, the metrics suggest their offense is trash too. Slow defensive teams like SDSU always give me a bit of worry though ever since that UNI game in 2010. We’ve had some pretty good practice at that this year though with UT and Tech.

We should beat SDSU easily but ya they arent someone you really wanna play in the 8/9 game. No complaints with the bracket otherwise.

Iowa is by far the best 5 seed, particularly the last 15 games. They are #13 in Kenpom.

Yeah but they play fast, cant defend, have no rim protector. Not a team that really gives us problems.

Just for you.

I have them in the F4 against either TN or Nova.

Can’t decide on that one yet.
