Also agree we draft a center mid rounds to compete and take over in 2022. |

No offense but the fact that a guy who was forced into retirement because of neck and ankle injuries and has played 30 games since 2015 is for some reason a leading the competition to start doesn't inspire much confidence. The fact that the guy he's mainly in competition with was an average player before taking a whole season off last year and has never in his career started a whole season inspires even less confidence.

Your question about Blythe was just a reason for you to bitch about Long some more. You aren’t fooling anybody. |

I'd rather start Blythe at RG than Long. What's wrong with that? |

I don't think you understand just how good Long is when healthy, which by all accounts, he is. |

Sure. Hopefully. Doubt it though. You don't go from being injured and ineffective for 5 straight years to healthy and great again just because you took a year off. Especially when one of the injuries was a neck injury.

And you disagree counting on a player who last started more than 10 games in 2015 is not a safe bet to make? Interesting. |

It's merely a question of whether or not it worked. If he's healthy, he's the best player on the line not named Thuney, regardless of position. |

It just doesn't look like he kept up that eating/exercise routine like Dr. Tardif did... |

Its going to be a legitimate miracle if he not only plays more than 10 games this year but is good. Players that have been bad and injured since 2015 do not magically become healthy and good again. |

His best year in terms of PFF was in 2018 when he played RG, though...so it’s possibly that’s where he ends up if a rookie wins the starting center job and Long/LDT don’t cement themselves at RG. |
