That's actually a pretty good get for the lions. He's real good with personnel. Just keep him the hell away from making the final decisions and playing with the salary cap.

Can you imagine the conversation between the two of them? |

A team that needs talent, he's a good hire. If your roster sucks he can fix that.

What the **** does a "senior executive" do? He's not the GM. Or the director of scouting. Or the pro personnel director. So how is he going to re-form the roster if he can't make any calls? |

He's probably just there to do player evals, that's what he's good at.

This is spot on. Either you're accountable and responsible or you're not.

I wonder if he'll become tag team partners with the coach during the offseason.

Good hire.
He was Director of college scouting at Green Bay for about 13 yrs. He just can't seem to get along and play the game with the owners etc. |

Not a bad hire at all as long as he doesn't destroy their cap. He does have an eye for talent and can make them a lot better.

If Dorsey made so many bad contracts then why wasn't the guy who actually wrote the contracts for us fired? All that shit was leaked by the chiefs to cover the fact that Andy Reid wanted full control so he had Dorsey fired. It's as simple as that. Then Reid promoted his intern from the Eagles to be GM. Reid knows Veach will run the Day-to-Day stuff but will always ask Reid for the big decisions. Reid is the Boss of everything at Arrowhead, only ownership is over Andy. |
